ROLE: Event lead and budget owner. Managed event flow, events team, executives, sourcing, contracts, and vendors.
CONTEXT: $100K offsite in San Diego, CA. This evening activity is part of a 3-day, 4-night, $3.1M sales kickoff event.
OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this event is to get attendees out of the hotel/event space after a long day of keynotes, breakouts, and workshops. With sales kickoff rotating between different US cities and hosting 750 attendees from 11 countries, the offsite strives to highlight a local attraction. 
HIGHLIGHTS: Attendees enjoyed a night at the San Diego Air & Space Museum. A complete buyout allowed us to transform the space with: 
• custom event branding
• DJ and dancing 
• local food and an open bar
• acoustic guitarist in the main exhibit
• exclusive use of flight simulators and theatre
• continuous shuttles, allowing attendees the freedom to arrive/depart at their convenience
