ROLE: Event lead and budget owner. Manage all logistics, flow, events team, executives, sourcing, contracts, and vendors.​​​​​​​
CONTEXT: Closing event as part of a 3-day, 4-night, $3.1M sales kickoff event.
OBJECTIVE:  Celebrate the success and achievements of individuals and teams from the previous year. Awards include "Rookie of the Year", "Best Play", and "Biggest Closer". Also announced at the awards dinner are the year's Achievers and President's Club qualifiers. 
STRUCTURE: Cocktail hour, dinner & awards ceremony, live karaoke.
ENTERTAINMENT: Live karaoke—a sales kickoff tradition. After the awards show, attendees have the chance to show off their singing skills. Accompanied by a live band, backup singers, and a beautiful LED backdrop, (not to mention the open bar) participants really feel like rockstars as their coworkers cheer the on.
SUCCESS: Standardization of awards theme and presentation. With lack of internal support for creative requests on this event, I standardized the awards show style and branding so we could repurpose existing assets without recreating the wheel year after year.
